About This Project

Popular with many people is the addition of an ancillary accommodation or granny flat. With the local authorities relaxing the rules on who can rent the property, our clients decided to engage Celtic Builders to design and build this ‘L’ shaped granny flat. Comprising two double bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, laundry, kitchen and dining and whilst still maintaining the privacy of the existing house, our clients were thrilled at the design and project delivery in only 12 weeks.
